We congratulate Ann-Kristin Reitmann on her new position as a tenure-track junior professor in “Behaviors, Perceptions, and Societal Transformations” at the Centre de Recherche en Économie & Management (CREM) and the Université de Rennes in France.

Since November 2020, Ann-Kristin Reitmann has served as a Senior Research Associate at the Institute of Health Economics at Leibniz University Hannover, contributing her expertise to both teaching and research. Her academic journey began with studies in Flensburg and Cologne, culminating in a doctorate in development economics from the University of Passau. In her research, she employs experimental and quasi-experimental methods to investigate critical questions in sustainable and economic development in relation to climate change, environmental impacts, gender inequality, and social norms.

The Institute of Health Economics wishes Ann-Kristin Reitmann great success in this exciting new chapter of her career and much fulfillment in her work in Rennes. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with her across multiple research projects and aim to establish a strong partnership with her chair at the Université de Rennes.
